Bettina Rosasco Lindstrøm, born in Copenhagen, Denmark.
She graduated as an architect from the University of Navarra, specializing in urban planning.
After completing her studies, she moved to Marbella, where she has been practicing as an architect.
She is the founding partner of OÖD ARCHITECTS.
She is also the founding partner of Organic Homes Marbella, alongside Ángel Gutiérrez.
Currently, she is training to become a WELL AP, which qualifies her to implement the criteria of the WELL Building Standard and improve the health and well-being of individuals.
Each project is studied in-depth to adapt the design to the unique needs of each client. We strive to make the most of natural resources for an eco-friendly design using the latest technology.
Our philosophy is based on mutual and thorough understanding, which gives meaning and exclusivity to each developed project.
ÁNGEL GUTIÉRREZ
Founding partner of Organic Homes
Ángel Gutiérrez is a professional with a solid background in Business Administration and a successful career in the automotive sector, having worked with companies such as HUGHES (GM), General Motors, Volkswagen, and Campofrío. Throughout his career, he held key roles, including Director of Purchasing and Outsourcing at Volkswagen in Brazil and Argentina, and Director of General Purchasing at Campofrío. After his executive career, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding IPS Group in the real estate sector on the Costa del Sol, and the successful franchise chain Taberna del Volapié, which he sold in 2014. In his next phase, he founded Organic Market&Food, a restaurant chain specializing in organic food, which he also sold in 2019. That same year, he decided to create Organic Homes, a company that develops sustainable real estate projects with social and environmental impact, featuring initiatives like The4elements, Villa los Chaparros, and Oasis Club.
JOSÉ LUIS MANCERAS RODRíGUEZ
Architect
Always faithful to the sound of the Mediterranean since he was born in Malaga.
His creative drive together with a strong technical vocation led him to study architecture. From the ETSA of the University of Granada to the Università degli Studi Roma La Sapienza he cultivated his innate curiosity to, often against the current, explore the interactions between building and nature until finally reaching the degree of Master in Bioclimatic Architecture and Environment by the Polytechnic University of Madrid thanks to a study on the vernacular architecture of the valley of Guadalhorce.
First BREEAM accredited consultant in the South of Spain, he adds to the team his experience in the field of construction and knowledge of advanced architectural systems.
MARÍA D. FERNÁNDEZ MOLINA
Architect
Architect by the ETSA Granada, Master BIM expert REVIT, Master City and Sustainable Architecture by the University of Seville, completes her training at the Università degli Studi Parma acquiring notions in rehabilitation fundamental in her work in rehabilitation and conservation projects of the Patronato de la Alhambra and the Generalife.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, she actively participates in the OÖD philosophy, developing its full potential.

Architect
Architect by Malaga School of Architecture with multidisciplinary professional experience in both national & international projects. I have had the chance to work with collaborative teams in various countries (Finland, Mexico, etc.).
Building on BIM Technology and complex 3D modelling are two of my major passions. I have been able to develop these during my past work experiences.
