How long does it take to build a home from scratch?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project, but generally speaking, a new construction project usually takes between 12 and 18 months from the design phase to delivery. The most important thing is to do each stage calmly, sensibly and professionally.

Is it possible to build a modern and sustainable house at the same time?

Of course. In fact, for us there is no contradiction between sustainability and contemporary design. Elegance, energy efficiency and comfort can (and should) go hand in hand.

¿Trabajáis solo en Marbella?

Our studio is based in Marbella and we carry out numerous projects on the Costa del Sol and Andalusia. However, we also work throughout Spain, taking on projects in other regions when there is a genuine connection with the client and the location, such as Ibiza, Madrid or Barcelona, among others.

Can I include interior design from the beginning?

Yes, and this is what we recommend the most. Conceiving the interior as part of the architectural design ensures greater aesthetic and functional coherence, from the layout to the materials.
